A recent free agency signing to the ROTL crew, Tom found the Lions when he got more heavily into the NFL following the 2013 season. Since then he has worked for an NFL team and the NFL internationally as a strategy consultant. He played as a defensive back in the British premier division and briefly with the Great Britain team before injuries (and a lack of talent) ended his playing career. Now you're likely to find him on the golf course, or studying film of the latest college prospects ahead of next year's NFL draft.
